Project Rundown

Nine Round Objects is my first fully decorated Geometry Dash level. It was built for Destriv's Auto Creator Contest and is thus of auto difficulty, meaning that the entire level plays itself; there's no need player input at all :)

As the name and song suggest, the level is massively inspired by Nine Circles which is an infamous demon level made back in update 1.9 and featured a new flashy effect which was then shamelessly copied by many. For this project, I wanted to go for something that plays tribute to the original, but not a blantant rip-off. Therefore the designs are far more intricate and the effects more emphatic through the use of the new objects we have at our disposal as of update 2.2

The largest inspiration for this level however, was Tride. Who is a GD youtuber who frequently makes videos creating levels. I find them very fun to watch and have picked up many little tricks and ideas through him. It is almost certain that I would not have made this level without coming across his channel
